DocDeal is an industry specific website and the nature of the products sold on Docdeal, do not allow us to offer unconditional returns. All purchases through DocDeal are subject to limited returns and covered under manufacturer’s warranty. The products will be eligible for returns/replacement in the following conditions:
- If the item/s is found defective at the time of delivery to you.
- If the item/s is not as per the specifications of your order.
You are requested to get in touch with our customer care executives or email us at customercare@docdeal.in within 24-hours of delivery to you.
We will verify your complaint and if found genuine we will arrange for replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of DocDeal, within 14 days of receipt of such complaint from you. Replacement is subject to availability of products.
You are requested to inspect the packaging of the products at the time of delivery. If found tampered or damaged, you may refuse to accept the consignment and inform our customer care executives or email us at customercare@docdeal.in within 24-hours of delivery to you. The replacement is this case shall be arranged at no cost to you.
Warranty and Guarantee
Warranties and Guarantees are governed by the manufacturers and shall be provided by the manufacturer only. Buyers are requested to carefully read the warranty / guarantee certificates accompanied with the products. DocDeal shall not be held liable for any warranties or guarantees and DoceDeal will only act as facilitator for the convenience of its buyers.
Cancellation
You can cancel any order until it is despatched from our warehouse. Any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card.
You may also cancel any order which has not been despatched within the committed shipping period. Any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card.
DocDeal reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel any order without assigning any reason whatsoever. There could be situations beyond the control of DocDeal and the order placed by you cannot be accepted and it must cancel. Any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card.
Shipping & Tracking Policy
DocDeal strives to ensure the delivery to its buyers in excellent condition and by fastest means possible. DocDeal will verify your address at the time of registration and at the time of placing of order, if your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will need your alternate shipping address to execute your orders. If any of your addresses are not serviceable, any amount paid by you will be credited back to your account / credit card. DocDeal only ships the goods within the boundaries of India and we do not accept any orders to shipped internationally.
No shipping charges are levied on orders above Rs. 1,000/-. A fixed charge of Rs. 100/- is charged on orders below Rs. 1,000/-
The shipment details are sent thru SMS on your registered mobile number and also mailed on your registered email-id. You may track the shipment on website of the respective logistic partner.
